When I came in I had chronic pain in both right shoulder and knee. After only 4 treatments with dry needling, I have less pain and greater flexibility in both areas, and am now able to embark on a strengthening program.I’m so glad I found you!

The whole staff at Spectrum are very friendly and personable. I would recommend anyone who has pain and mobility issues to book an appointment with Udit and Shea. They are very knowledgeable and professional, they make you feel comfortable right from the first visit.
Whether you play team or individual sports, your body needs to move well to stay injury free.

We ask a lot from our bodies when we play sports. Whether it’s the same repeated movement in cycling, or the bone-jarring hits in hockey, our bodies often take a beating and keep on ticking.

Staying injury free means identifying our weaknesses and ensuring a healthy balance throughout the body. Our bodies will give us warning signals and we’re here to help you uncover what that check engine light is telling you.

As physiotherapists, we’re trained to assess and treat movement problems and keep you doing the sports and activities you love to do. Whether it’s an annoying ache after a game to muscle tear that takes you out of the game, we’re here to guide you back to full health.

No, you don’t typically need a referral to access our services. However, in some cases, your insurance provider may require a referral for coverage. We recommend checking with your insurance company for specific requirements.
During your initial assessment, our experienced physiotherapist will conduct a thorough evaluation of your injury, including its cause and severity. They will discuss your treatment goals, medical history, and create a personalized treatment plan to address your unique needs.
The duration of recovery varies depending on the type and severity of the injury, as well as individual factors like age and overall health. Our physiotherapists will provide you with a rough estimate after your initial assessment, and they will monitor your progress throughout the treatment.
Spectrum Physiotherapy accepts a variety of insurance plans, and we offer direct billing services to make the payment process more convenient for our patients. However, insurance coverage can vary, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific coverage details.
